This document summarizes the basic principles of treating the personal data of users of the website of CISTERNOVÁ PŘEPRAVA CZ s.r.o., with its registered office at Přeloučská 252, Staré Čívice, 530 06, Company ID: 28 85 12 26, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, under file number C 30850 (hereinafter referred to as ‘CISTERNOVÁ PŘEPRAVA CZ’), which thus acts (in most cases) as the data controller.

The data controller (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Controller’), CISTERNOVÁ PŘEPRAVA CZ, proceeds in the processing of personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Sb., on the Protection of Personal Data, or Act No. 127/2005 Sb., on Electronic Communications, Act No. 480/2004 Sb., on Certain Information Society Services, as amended, and other regulations.

Instead of Act No. 101/2000 Sb., we are governed by the European Union Regulation No. 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, when processing your personal data since 25 May 2018.

The Controller did not appoint a Data Protection Officer.

What data do we process as controllers?

As part of our website, we process the data you provide by filling in the form. Namely, we process the following data.

  • Cookies (for the purpose of offering relevant content just for you and facilitating the browsing of the website)

For what purpose do we process these data and for how long?

We collect your personal data for you to be able to use our services and products. When filling in the contact form, we only process the personal data contained in the form for the purpose of responding to or handling your request or inquiry. Your personal data will not be further processed or transferred to a third party.

We collect and store the data obtained through the contact form, i.e. obtained in connection with sending your inquiry, for about 12 months from the date of obtaining such data.

There is no automatic individual decision-making by the Controller in the sense of Article 22 of the GDPR.

When is it not necessary to give consent to the processing of personal data?

We may process personal data without your consent only for the purposes of:

  • Performance of an agreement the subject of which is the provision of services or products offered by us, in which the customer was actively interested.
  • Fulfilment of legal obligations arising for us from generally binding legislation.
  • Processing within the framework of legitimate interests (e.g. for direct marketing, ensuring safety and security of life).

How are my data protected?

We try to protect all personal data we process as much as possible against leakage or theft. For this reason, we restrict their handling, copying, transferring or accessing them only for the strictly necessary purposes defined by law.

In addition, our website is secured by an HTTPS protocol (a valid SSL certificate) for an encrypted connection between the website and the user to minimize the possibility of their theft during data transmission (sending within the form, etc.)

The website is hosted on secure servers.

What are my rights in relation to the protection of personal data?

  • Request access to these data from us and have them updated or rectified.
  • Require us to erase your personal data.

You can lodge a complaint at any time regarding the processing of your personal data or failure to comply with the Controller’s obligations under the GDPR with the supervisory authority. In accordance with the provisions of Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Sb., on Electronic Communications, we hereby inform you that our website uses cookies.
